Terms of Service 1. What You're Buying Rawk is a hand-crafted art object and functional computer created by FABRYX DAO LLC, a Mineral Arts Guild dedicated to evolving mineral intelligence. Each unit is unique in shape, color, and surface treatment. You're buying a one-of-a-kind piece that is designed to run OpenClaw—an artwork you can use in your life. 2. All Sales Final Rawk is an experimental art piece. All sales are final—no returns, no refunds, no exchanges. This is part of what makes it special. Like any handcrafted artwork, once it's yours, it's yours. We're a small guild taking a risk to be part of the OpenClaw revolution, not a corporation with a returns department. 3. What We Provide Each Rawk is hand-crafted, assembled with care, loaded with OpenClaw, and tested before it ships. We provide setup documentation to get you started, and there's a community Discord where fellow Rawk owners share knowledge and help each other out. 4. If Something Arrives Wrong If your Rawk arrives damaged or completely non-functional (DOA), email us within 48 hours with photos. We'll assess the situation and do our best to make it right—though we can't guarantee replacement. After that window, it's yours to explore, hack, and learn from. 5. What This Is Rawk is an experiment. It's designed to be wrecked, rebuilt, and pushed to its limits. If your AI bricks it, if you accidentally delete everything, if it develops character over time—that's all part of the experience. We're here to support the community, but we're not a traditional tech support operation. 6. Software & Updates OpenClaw is open source (MIT license). We install it and get you started. After that, updates, customization, and skills are in your hands. No subscriptions, no forced updates. You own it. 7. Privacy & Data Your Rawk runs locally on your network. We don't collect telemetry, usage data, or access your device remotely. Your conversations and files stay on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details. 8. AI Inference Costs Rawk connects to external AI services (Claude, OpenAI, etc.) using your API keys. You're responsible for those costs. We don't mark up or charge for inference. You can also run local models if you prefer. 9. Community & Support Join the Discord for help, ideas, and shared experiences. Email us for critical issues (shipping problems, severe hardware defects on arrival). We're a small guild, so responses may take time, but we care about this project and the people using it. 10. Shipping & Customs We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary by location (typically 1-4 weeks). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are your responsibility. For lost or stolen packages, file a claim with the carrier—we can't issue replacements or refunds. 11. Disclaimers Rawk is sold "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose. This is experimental hardware created by artists and technologists. It's meant to be explored, not relied upon for mission-critical tasks. 12. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase price you paid. We're not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages. You accept the risks that come with owning experimental art. 13. Governing Law These terms are governed by New York law. Disputes are resolved through arbitration in New York County. No class actions. 14. Changes to Terms We may update these terms as the project evolves. Changes apply to future purchases.
